Bad Company in Atlanta GA

He used to maybe still does ? park his trucks at Americas Driving Force truck driving school in Conley GA. and recruited from the students graduating there. If someone screwed me out of $3500 you can be sure I would do much much more in damage to his trucks if I knew where they where parked. couple bags of sugar......etc. the truck school knows all about these scum companies and does nothing to enlighten or warn students. then again the owner of that school is as cheap as they come. trainers are great but scared to say ANYTHING.

 

thank you for posting this..my husband worked there for 14 months and everything you said is true!!now i am worried this nightmare will never end..i am very glad we have all settlements saved because come tax time we are probably going to need them.

 

I worked for him and was involed in a accident with my co-driver driving. He didn't pay me my last pay and is running from lawyers and federal goverment. They will find him soon. He had no work-mans comp and his insureance has dropped him and won't nobody take him on.

 

Yes I am and this happened back in Feb. 2013 I really need to find him so I can take him to court.

 

I have been having the biggest problem now is that Bentley is supposedly been dissolved and now Dan has switched the name of the company. Even though just three weeks ago I saw with my own two eyes that he had three trucks with Bentley still on them sitting at the truck stop in St. Marys,GA. you know the one it is the now Flying J/ Pilot. It has a great food court and comfy trucker lounge. I even took pictures and sent them to my lawyer. I just wish he would respond to inquiries as to the dates I drove for him and stop lying.

 

OK. So I've read all the post about Dan Pace and Bentley inc. They are all true. I worked for him for 2 years and had a lout of problems with him. Mainly his mouth and the fact that nothing he said was true . He was parking at the pilot but got ran out when his x-wife who was a business partner at one time (a cording to Dan)Had his trucks repoed. Then GA investigations got involved. I have not seen him or his trucks since late 2013, also when I got my 2013 w-2 in sept. It was a fraud. GA IRS told me he never filled his taxes for his business. They showed no wages for me in 2013 had to get copys of all my Com data and Fleet one checks from my bank to file my taxes for 2013.last I herd his co. Is now under the name of ATI. Atlanta Transport.Inc. not sure if this is still. Only running Tankers susposedly. I hope anyone still working for him or thinking about it STAYS AWAY!!!! For those of you that posted you may know who I am and if poss give me a call . My lawyer says that we as former drivers have a good fight against him. HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!

 

I feel your pain brother. When I got my new driver pos. at my new co. he wouldn't even verify my former employment dates with his co. He a piece of S#@*....... good luck.
