Best I can suggest is to ask your recruiter your questions....who ever is handling your recruitment will sort of influence what you have to do.
Then after your interview with the manager of your region will be the one to ask. The answers may change at that point...that's all I can say.

The backing test was at a lot with cones set up. You do a 45 degree blind side back, a 90 degree driver side back, then two other driver side backs of varying positions.

There will be a coach in the cab with you and the tester outside watching the cones...

It's just to determine where you are and what they have to work with.

Stop moving to West Texas! If your from above the Mason Dixion line stay away from us! Texans don't want or need any more liberals coming here to take and take! The traffic is terrible, averaging a death every 5 days on highways. Rent for a crappy 1 bedroom apt is over $1100/month, you can't get a meal for less than $20 if you eat out, homes that need a ton a work are selling for $125k+, yes the
money here is great, I'll make around 90k this year, but I work a lot of long hours, overnights, weekends and holidays, plus I've been hearing that it's all about to slow way down due to the supply of oil and the greed of the oil company's. Just think long and hard, I personally am thankful on what I've attained here but five years of West Texas begins to wear on you and quite frankly I'm ready to move on so did again think long and hard before you make a move out here hundred and 15° summers 20° winners be careful take care

 

What a load of bull. Can't eat out for less then $20??? Go over to KD BBQ in Midland. Can get stuffed for $10 if you know how to order. Same all over. Kermit, Andrews, etc. Mentone?? No way. Housing is high. Just as it has been in every oil boom. You better save and save because it WILL slow. Those who planned ahead do great. And when it comes you will be able to buy those houses for peanuts. Same w/pickups and every thing else.

 

you're so right sir how could I forget KD's barbecue had last time I went there with another person the cost is both about I don't know 80 bucks total but hey you obviously know more about what are you talking about an idea because you live in Weatherford five hours away so forget everything I said I'm just crazy talking but overall it's a great place to live nothing will ever happen it's cheap housing is plentiful never any traffic Super low crime and everybody loves each other super friendly I just wish you could be more like Weatherford thanks for everything but you're the greatest

 

Just for your information sir I'm not trying to scare people away I'm simply trying to let them be more informed about the area that they're moving too it's not for everybody and I hate to see somebody come out here just for job and not like it in the first place that's all. If you want to make money and have absolutely no life then this is the place for you unless you consider getting hammered to the point where you can't even drive straight at 7 o'clock on a Friday night having a life then yeah my point is done
