I don't think anyone is going to be fired for asking questions. Now on the other hand, I do think DM's can get fired for answering questions. I saw it in the DM handbook. It clearly says, "if you answer a driver's question within 14 days, you are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination".

Came in the mail today for us. I browsed through it, although I'm still not 100% what's going on with it. More choices, but more confusion/

From what I've been told crsco has been or is being sold and we are going to run out of swifts decature ga yard. I know a lot of the office staff at crsco were worried about their job security ,but hey it is what it is. This kind of crap is why it more than pays to be the best at what you do. If you become an unfoulable asset to the company they would be foolish to try and replace you.

The problem is with as big
as swift is. Do you think they will care if you're good at what you do or not? I doubt the person who will be making decisions knows who the office staff even is. But then again. Maybe they do. I was at crsro yesterday and I guess swift has been in there on a daily basis. So maybe they are getting to know the staff.

One things for sure. I want to get ahold of a list of swift yards and terminals. Might be some good parking in the area.

I don't think I have ever heard ANYONE getting fired for asking questions... Now if you were asking on how to cheat the QC or steal fuel... Then maybe, but honest questions... Nope! Ask away!

Take a deep breath... I don't think we will see any BIG changes for a while... This 'trucking' stuff and being away can really mess with the head... So make sure you think things through before jumping... The grass isn't always greener... But then again, sometimes it is :D
