Yeah I heard on Sirius this week that Schneider sent letters to politicians complaining about suggested speed limit changes. They want everyone driving below 65

well, according to the brochure , yes. But I can neither confirm or deny how safe OTHER SNI drivers are. I can only speak for myself. And those voices in my head. I speak for them too.

A soliloquy of core values, the delicate demur of dialectics (safe to say, we "spin doctors" can be as wise to Hippocraticize), oui?

SNI is for the most part a good, safe company, but they have become kind of hyper sensitive about issues that should be non issues. They wont put APU's in their trucks for a variety of reasons, wont allow larger inverters (fire hazard) and just last week, we were told NO onboard cooking in the 12 volt stoves....the wiring isnt made to take them. I suggest they come off their wallets and either fix the wiring, or start paying a meal allowance. Its hard enough to make money by driving a truck, and lets face it....between sedentary lifestyle, and poor diet, its not the healthiest profession out there, but now they are taking away any chance that a driver may have had to save money by carrying his own home cooked, healthy food. We used to have a plug in cooler, but the fan died on it, but regardless, we were told we couldnt have them anymore either. They gotta be kidding....right? So it will be either a heart attack, deep vein thrombosis, and now, ptomaine poisoning that will get us. Suddenly SNI doesnt sound quite so safe any more.

    No plug in coolers? Really?

I'm going to a Schneider Hiring Event today. I'm going to ask about that.
