It wasn't long before DOT pulled him over, HUGE fine and made him stop working until he got his CDL and DOT numbers

Even if you dodge the scales I bet dodging a good lawyer when everything goes south will be a lot harder

 

Try Google-ing the state patrol for that state, should have a non-emergency number for that sort of thing.
