congratulations on your test. Yea automatic trucks sound like no fun. Part of the trucking experience is rowing thru the gears.

 

If you want. I can give you the extension to the guy running the Midwest fleet. With tou being out of pa you could probably join that fleet. You make .41 cpm. Avg 2000-2500 miles. Plus if you ask. They'll probably fly you to Chicago to pick up a truck there. Then you won't get an automatic. Might even get a Pete.

 

Haha. Well you can give him a call anyway after you get your truck. His name is Marshall. Just call the main central number on the side of the trailer. And dial extension 8611. Tell him you live in pa and want to know if you can join the Midwest fleet. Unless you want to explore all 48. Then don't join that fleet. Lol. When I was on that fleet I was making around 800-1000 per week. So it was pretty good for fresh out of school. I only left it because central had a local position.

I actually had to come back home due to some serious family medical issues. But they told me I can come back & finish as soon as I get everything taken care of. Miss being on the road already! Anyway, congrats again man. Glad to hear you made it! Guess you can officially upgrade your status from "Student" now!
