Hi all
I'll be riding the dog to PA this weekend to start training with Prime. I have my CDL A from a school in Maine so hopefully that will make the process go smoothly. I will be running NE regional after training so if anyone is already doing that for Prime, please feel free to chime in and add to the thread. I love reading about all the different experiences that you all have. I don't see many posts about the Prime PA training so hopefully I can add to what is already out there.
I look forward to getting to know all of you and sharing my experiences out on the road!

Well I have been kind of nervous about acclimating to truck life. What's your advice on getting used going out on the road and adjusting to truck life? What would you say is the most important thing to take into consideration as far as etiquette when moving into someone's home on wheels? I want to make sure that I get off on the right foot with my trainer.

Well, try to be as minimally invasive as possible; leave a small footprint. Don't mess with his stuff without permission, and maintain good hygiene.

If you take a crap behind your trainers bunk, expect to die a slow, painful death...

If I crap in someone's truck there is something seriously wrong or we are about to go over a big cliff!! Actually on my last deployment in Iraq I heard tale of one troop who shat in a Gatorade bottle in a Humvee while wearing body armor on a escort mission to Baghdad.....Now that's talent!!

Some of the trainin' war stories I've heard make me wonder... I'd have personally hunted down the offender, and offered euthanasia as voluntary alternative to what is coming. As JB stated, and treat it like it's your mother's house.

How bout a dismount holding a piss bottle for the gunner, overfilled the thing on a patrol... and along a ###### bumpy ### rocky road (trail). All fun and games in apache 1-1.

Hey are you going to Pittston this weekend? I am waiting for a bus to go there now. Weather delayed.
