The ridiculous part of the whole thing, is it was the lumpers and dock crew playing grabass on the powerjacks who were hurting the most people.

I have seen it both ways.
One place had a sign, you had to have an OSHA approved training course, with card. Then below that, it said you have to have 5 million dollar damages insurance, with certificate to prove it, to use one of their forklifts.
Another place says, there's the forklift, but you pay for anything you break. Have at it.
It is more a tool they use to force a driver to pay to have the trailer unloaded.
Myself, i'm a truck driver, not a dock worker. I get paid to drive from point "A" to point "B". If i get hurt on a dock, who's going to drive????

    Moosetek13 and Balakov100 Thank this.
