McClintocks Radio in Elwood, Indiana on route 28 on west end of town on the south side of the street, 765-552-3371, he has been there for years. I am getting ready to take one down there myself, (Tram Diamond 40).

thank you for the info taildragon i will look into that i have a president george i need fixed it was my best friends radio when he passed his folks gave it to me knowi g he would want them to i think the finals or mosfets are gone also have a ar3500 from same friend i need checked and my kenwood ts-740s so gots lots of buisness for the right tech thnx again

It's not in Indiana, but you might want to check out http://www.q5cb.com/. Steve is an excellent tech and is especially good with vintage gear.
I also have a President George in my collection - they are quite the rare bird and were way, way ahead of their time. Well worth having repaired IMO. -
cnc isnt closed up..he just worked on my radio last week..sorry just noticed this thread is a lil old
