I believe CNC has closed up shop in the last year or two.

McClintocks Radio in Elwood, Indiana on route 28 on west end of town on the south side of the street, 765-552-3371, he has been there for years. I am getting ready to take one down there myself, (Tram Diamond 40).

It's not in Indiana, but you might want to check out http://www.q5cb.com/. Steve is an excellent tech and is especially good with vintage gear.

I also have a President George in my collection - they are quite the rare bird and were way, way ahead of their time. Well worth having repaired IMO.
