The company that makes them is in KY. I looked at buying one 2 years ago. They are very nice, and they also sell a bracket to mount them to a headache rack or whatever so you can lock them. I am thinking about buying one at MATS this year still when I go down there.

If you wait till the last day of MATS (Saturday), you can get things they have on display really discounted.
I go on Friday and offer a cheap price to be picked up at end of the show and get alot of things for half off.

You have to upload pictures from the "go advanced" screen.

Similar. I unloaded up in ND at a power plant once and they had one that hung from the rail but didn't touch the ground. I found where they bought it on the net but I cant seem to find the site now. It was red in color.

I'll try to find out where we get ours. They hang down and don't touch the ground. They have a fold-out bottom step too along with the extendable hand rails. This is a great feature because if you pre-stage outside and then have to move the truck inside, you won't have to mess with the ladder.... It just hangs there as you drive up to load. Less work! I see other flatbedders drooling sometimes! Also... They are very sturdy and tough.

I store it on the trailer while traveling.

This week I'm hoping to build a more improved version.

Avoid this style if you can. We used them on out trailers for a while. They're supposedly rated to 300 lbs., but they're flimsy and don't hold up well. The trailer I pull now has a pull out ladder built on to it, so I tossed this one in the junk pile at work.
