Last trip out i KNEW i had a pilot/jay shower credit and when I went in to collect, the credit was not there. so I called the 800 number and had it fixed, apparently due to the cold weather "my rewards card" did not register my previous fuel purchased on 435 Kansas City...

She clarified a few things for me. At Pilot/Fly Jay, our shower credits through Roehl fuelings, 50gal or more, should last 2 weeks.... and be sure to get a receipt if you are concerned about your points and or showers.

I'm posting this as I just noticed this in the truck stop forum.

free shower w/50 gal fillup or more....good for 2 weeks. i think 1 point per gallon, worth a penny. 100 gallons equals $1.00 for you to buy food with or whatever pilot sells.

TURBO AL and Johnjohn Thank this.

Might be a company thing. Mine are only on for 5 days.

Right Roadmedic....when i had that crap a week a go and I called pilot they did fix my card and told me two weeks for Roehl. I know I've had them disappear quicker than that. Roehl spends a lot of money on fuel and it's not like we always have time to hit the shower right then and there, plus it's nice to keep one on in the event you get stuck taking tens at customers or terminals for a few days.

That's one good thing about being a tanker yanker....free showers at the tank washes. Most are fairly decent, some hotel quality, others not so. If I jump ship on tankers I will miss that part.

This is good to know; I'll have to call Pilot and get mine fixed also. I know my shower credits disappear in less than two weeks; it's more like just a few days. Thanks!
