    I'm a well groomed white guy as well so I'm a bit taken aback by that as well. However if/when I read this when I get back on the road for 5 days with no shave, shower, and 3 days into the same pair of skivvies, I'm sure I won't be as offended. Although others around me might be. :biggrin_25519:

    Well, when you report a post it sends a message to all of us. Then it's just a matter of who gets to it first. In this case two of us showed up at once. I took a couple last names out, and Oscar deleted the post.

    Im sorry and I erased it out of my post...but im from Mississippi and I see its different out there in the other states....all i meant was no matter what the race was he was a well groomed fella and didnt look like the type that would sell you stolen goods....now if it was a black man in Jackson Mississippi unless he was in a suit and tie...i would have never touched the van but by him looking like he did i believed he was a honest guy and i learned the hard way..again im sorry

    thank you for telling me to erase that post..i didnt know that it was a live link and you could click on it and see all my personal info..but thanks again...and like i told the other guy.....

    You should see me after I get through tarping/untarping after a coast to coast trip with stack gas & soot & road grime on the tarps. I go from a well groomed white guy to it looks like I'm homeless and living under a bridge. I think we all know he didn't mean anything other than just describing who sold him the van. No big deal from my point of view.
