You got THAT right!

I hope they haven't seen the photos.

That's not a "biker", but a "motorcycle enthusiast".

yeah i remember that.......that was here in tulsa on hwy 169 i think southbound around the 81st street exit
-
I believe its staged. His helmet would have shattered along with his skull if he hit the back of that truck at 120 mph, not to mention the rest of his body.
-
Unfortunately it is true.

I'm a rider too...I've always said if you have a $50 dollar head, put in a $50 dollar helmet...of course I know some people who would need a little change back
...It all goes to what the rider choses, if they chose to ride without a lid, that's their decision, I have no choice right now...all of Europe has helmet laws but prefer riding without. Don't get me wrong, helmets, if worn properly and are DOT/SNELL/ECE 22.05 standard helmets, do help...but nothing will keep you safe from stupid!!!

First off like some one said he was no biker. Had he been a biker he would have been on a Harley and had leather on. Helmet his choice. Second he wouldn't have been doing 120 on the street. We know where and when to do that its called a race track. Calling this organ donor a biker is like calling a Ford ranger a truck yep it has a bed thats where it ends. And like saying truck kills pedestrian and show a ranger that hit one and every one thinks semi when they see truck in the news it sells papers but its not the truth so label them like they are stupid person on crotch rocket commits suicide.

You can check out the whole story on snopes.com. And no, he did not survive.

yeah- I'm late chiming in
The fluids around the bike are almost certainly not from the rider. transmission fluid and the like, most likely.
Think of it this way - the rider (I won't call him driver) was nowhere near that bike wreckage. 120MPH.. you try to cut around a rig.. ooops - you are investigating the load through your own little door. Bike goes its merry way. In the process of door creation, the rest of your body slams into the car-bar and the rest of the back end of the trailer. Yeah- a Cuisinart probably couldn't make a bigger mess of your insides - but you are still nowhere near that bike
Looking at those pics, I'd say the guy leaked very little.
