hartt transportation two tier system

After 20 years in this industry i feel qualified to speak with authority on this subject. Hartt transportation has a two tiered system see hear is how it works. If your experienced and capable. You will be placed on specifoc loads and receive less miles then inexperienced drivers. Who will get all drop and hook therefore no chance of them destroying something backing the truck up. I watch wiyh amazement as certain drivers are allowed to refuse loads or destinations yet others are threatened for saying anything. I still work here and just want anyone thinking of comiing here to realize that the playing field is ridiculously unlevel.you will be frustrated if your an experienced driver. And not nearly only by the fact that a guy who refuses loads but also destinations with one year experience makes exactly the same as a guy with 20you years.

Oh i know plans are in the works .its not hard to find a job just h.ard to find rhe right one and def cant job hop these days so as usual we have to swallow our pride amd drive on .
