Just an FYI - if you do submit a complaint, it better be documented really well. AND to understand your rights, get a hold of a lawyer to explain them. Neither the EEOC, OSHA or anyone in any government agency will not tell you the legal ramifications once that is submitted.

Yup, I sure can become a whistle-blower.
In the process I can also become;
- Unemployed
- Poor
- Homeless
- Destitute
- Broken
- Eventually dead

Im sitting ting here with my brother in law that is a lawyer, if you tell the truth, you don't need a lawyer!
As my lawyer says, this guy must work for the trucking companies! -
This post is primarily for the poor saps that end up at those bottom feeding training companies.
A lot of prime drivers will find this info necessary.slowpoke89 Thanks this. -
You can become most if not all of those becoming a truck driver. No whistle required. That looks like an excellent idea for an orientation room poster, come to think of it.

Yep we get stories all the time where drivers say they are forced to drive illegally or drive junk. They end up giving in which is the wrong route and end up getting tickets or quitting. The link numbers posted will keep you from having to go down one of them routes. At least as a Whistleblower they better have a good excuse if they are going to fire you or it will cost them. Then you have the issue of refusing to drive unsafe equipment and you get fired as a result. Then you still file the complaint and one would be reinstated with back pay.
Most driver's quit because they don't want the hassle or an uncomfortable work environment. The company can always starve a driver out. Sorry I can't find a load in that area. They have all kinds of tricks.123456 Thanks this. -
You're protected from spilling the beans. But, if you work in a "At Will" state they can fire you for any reason or no reason at all. Then where do you find yourself. It's ok to let the authorities know where dangerous problems are but you'll need to have an exit plan ready to go when they fire you for something totally not related.

especially with the idiotic fuel routing program they use, and the way they avoid answering any questions from company drivers! Lol123456 Thanks this.
