This is actually pretty ridiculous. If you read the employee handbook technically random hair testing is against company policy. The manual specifically states that hair testing is a condition for PRE-EMPLOYMENT approval. It then specifically states in the COMPANY HANDBOOK that ongoing random urine testing will continue per DOT rules.
I have nothing to hide, but I do believe in our rights. They are violating their own stated company policy by administering random hair testing.
And why 45 days probation? They need 90 days worth of hair to test. Did they take measurements and determine that you had 45 days worth of hair? LOL Unreal.
