Gotta love how Risinger seems to be the only one to know wtf is going on.

From the video's "About" section: "The driver of the pickup truck was drunk with a BAC of just below 0.30 ".

I don't know where the driver of the silver SUV had been looking (obviously not as attentive as he/she should have been), as it's hard to believe he got that close before seeing & realizing the pickup was headed right at him/her.
Too close, indeed! Can you imagine Risinger's heartrate, when he saw the passing SUV still in the left lane till the final evasive action.

I totally agree that the driver of the silver SUV was NOT paying attention at all. Could easily have identified that Risinger was moving over to allow room and moved over smoothly instead of going all "Yankee Doodle" on the steering wheel.

That's one reason I don't like driving SUV's in the first place, high center of gravity, they suck for emergency maneuvers anyway. Seems like anytime there's a snowstorm SUV drivers seem to have bought into the "I'm invincible" advertising and get into trouble more frequently than sedans or compacts.

Yea you could tell he was getting out of the way quickly and the SUV just wanted ahead a little . And that could of been so much smoother!
