I'm just starting out though and not up to speed yet...yes, I get all of the bennies too!

 

Nabors runs 100% legal. By the book. No matter how much oil field experience you have. Still have to go through 3 months of training. Safety is outrageous there. (Supervisors parked 1/4 mile away and watch you with binoculars). I couldn't put up with. 15.50 don't sound right. But then again I live in Nm and Texas pays less. AND, I know they recently lost a bid to muscle white trucking /globe (globe recently boougt out muscle white.).


But they do have benefits. 401k etc.

I prefer the comission because if I get done with my dispatch early I can go home or ask for more...if I want to make more money I can work it out with my partner to keep the truck for 14 hours some days....plus the faster I get the more I can make. With hourly it's more about putting in the time. To each their own, I've always hated playing the clock.

Let me tell you something....thats just low balling. THe Nabors in georgewest tx and three rivers tx pays there crude drivers 25 hr to start. Thats where you should be in pay. Most companies around those parts are around that figure
