Werner Trainer Craps Himself

I just now read the story.I liked the the colorful way the op described his exp with Werner,lol.Back in 2002 when I was with Werner,they were nothing like what the op went thru.Never seen any bottom of the barrel drivers or any weirdows in orientation.But now companies don't care what the person looks like and what unhealthy sick things they do as long as they pass the back ground check they're hired because more and more companies are having trouble getting ppl even prehired.

 

How did you miss this one pattyj, i thought you were on top of things.
I bet it has tons to do with corporate welfare, if they are getting paid to train somone and get a couple of loads delivered in the mean while --why not.
I find it hard to believe that USA has that much freight to move --we dont make anything here any more.
I would love to know what kind of funding goes to these companies.

 

Of course im always on top of things,lol.Im not much for reading long posts but heard how funny it was so finally I had to read it.I also don't know how we can have so much freight with all the drivers sitting not getting any miles.I think that's just another line to get drivers to apply.Funding the companies receive is subsidies for every driver they bring in for creating a job.No way companies could afford all this expensive stuff without the help from the government and the help of another unsuspecting driver,trainee students that has no clue what goes out behind closed doors.Companies aren't playing an honest game with truckers ill tell you that right now.[QUOTE="Hang - Man";3766084]How did you miss this one pattyj, i thought you were on top of things.

Yeah. I was with Werner in 2002...and you are right. They required a little more class.

 

I've been lurking this site for a while but have never laughed out loud at a thread before... this is hilarious.

Really gross and a shame to hear... but hilarious nonetheless.
