Common Sense is no longer available in the USA...when someone saw ice or snow blowing off of trailers, they USED to keep a safe distance away from it.
Had a chunk of ice come off the roof of a trailer I had a few years ago and smashed the heck out of a Lexus..he was so close, I never knew he was even behind me till he came around trying to get me to pull over..asked on CB what this guys problem was and that's when I found out about ice hitting him. He called TN DOT and they met us at truck stop and cop was pisssed because we didn't just exchange insurance info (which I offered to do before cops got there). Found out later that Lexus driver was some kind of lawyer..LOL

However, explain how you are to keep back when the trailer throwing it off is the one that JUST PASSED you?

 

Yeah, am not getting on a ladder in the winter, on slick ground....I just wait for it to melt...

 

With all of this global warming, there shouldn't be any snow.
