They hire graduates from the schools, so no experience needed. As a graduate, you have the option to go company or lease. If you have experience, you can only go lease.
My husband just started there as a company driver, we chose to go company versus lease, because he is a new graduate. If you go lease right off the bat, you can never go company, but if you start out company you can go to a lease.
    They have multiple lease options.
Check out the page TransAm Pete linked for you. He is a Lease driver, HoneyBadger is a Lease, Passport220 was company, now on vacation, will be back to go Lease. Read their posts, and you will get a good picture of the company. HomeTimeQueens husband was a company driver for 3 years, and he just recently left there, she knows the company side the best.
Good Luck in whatever you decide.

Only you can decide which is best for you.

At TransAm, the Lease drivers get the loads before the company drivers. As a L/O(lease/operator), you have overhead you have to meet. If you read TransAm Petes comments you will see that if he had a choice he would be company, and he has years of experience. HoneyBadger had a chance to learn the ins and outs of leasing while her husband was a L/O for TransAm. Passport220 is only going lease, because he has no other choice, as I said before, once you have experience, you have to go L/O.

IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, if you are a student, then you need to get experience as a company man...

Not sure if this matters or not, but I think a large % of their trucks are automatics..
