They have no problem, Like mentioned, as long as its not offensive (Racist etc.) they dont care. I have full sleeves and worked for them for 2 years and never heard a peep out of them

 

My leg tattoo is very visible never once had them complain about it. Talked to a few guys in Roehl that had neck and arm and hand tattoos.

 

I would say you are good to go as long as you dont have a big swastika tatted on your forehead

 

You're right, no one does know. We're not recruiters, so expecting us to know the hiring requirements is a little silly. At least people were trying to point you in the right direction. What you decide to do with that info is up to you.

 

I just left Roehl and have a full body suit , nothing was ever said to me. There was just the typical shocked look when the conservative looking old man took off the long sleeves to reveal the full sleeves.LOL But I am also a Tattooist with 30 plus years in Tattooing.I was with Roehl for the hometime fleet so I could keep Tattooing and still drive semi. I don't think they will care about your ink.
