If you see a T800 with Prime on the side, take a picture for me :biggrin_2551: Prime bought T700's in '12 and T680s last year.

Cascadia would be the best choice to keep you rolling. If you opt for the Prostar or if you get lucky and get a Pete, just keep in mind that their breakdown rate are over 40%....

will do! Of course, I have to get an instructor, finish my 75 hours, pass my CDL test, finish 30,000 miles with Trainer . . . then get my own truck.

Is that what they are? Don't pay much attention to them... the idea of paying that much for a name didn't appeal to me.

I have always liked the cascadias more, but I've been in a Pete the past few weeks, and it rides nice, and pulls better, but it's a lot of truck compared to the prostars and cascadias, and also turns slower

Never really drove a Prostar before but I know for a fact that there's no going wrong with Freightliner.. Cascadia definitely has the space and its a smooth ride... So if I was given the option, that would be my pick.

turns slower and the nose is a bit longer, but it feels huge compared to a cascadia

They are about the same size... the Pete's are rather unreliable however.

A company driver told me when it comes time to give you a truck, they hand you keys and pretty much let you pick from whatever is available that day... I'm hoping to get one of the midroofs, personally.

I had a t660 with a full sleeper, cummins 450 isx with a 13 speed with my last reefer company. Was a nice truck except the def system kept going out on it.

to bad they don't have some volvo's here, especially the vn630, had one of those with the company I'm going back to, sleeper bunk is a bit bigger than the cascadia lw's here and with more storage space, really comfortable truck to drive. The only bad part is it's still a bit heavier than the lw's
