Nope. When I came here you got paid 375 as a trainee and they took 200 for the first three weeks so that left 175 and it was taxed. It has since changed they only take 100.

it used to be to pay for training
-
Thought that was why trainees are paid at a reduced rate. To basically pay for their training . They are paying twice under this system ?
-

Western Express takes your money because MOST people quit them because a good experience like realfasho is telling about is a VERY rare thing at Western Express...they pay little and give no raises and the dispatchers try to keep you out forever and expect you to drive 7 days a week but you usually get little miles which means little money....if you go with Western Express you will find it is more like what I said then it is what realfsho has been telling about them sounds like he is one of the VERY rare cases of happy drivers for Western.... they have VERY few carreer drivers with them. I drove for them the longest of the 5 people who kept in touch from our orientation (most quit within 3 months) I gave up in 7 months to drive with a good company.

Why is it that every time someone ask you how much do you make you avoid the question
