Bill ya just can't fix stupid. LOL. I will have to look into selling my Grandpas old MC. I could make a frickin fortune!!!!!

If you had a "registrant only" MC no. (required by some states for IRP) and you elect to start carrier operations that will be your carrier MC no.

I don't know how it would be illegal. MC numbers are sold all the time. You can also purchase the company that owns the MC number. If I were to consider purchasing an old MC number I would want to make sure the number and history was clean. That is easy to check.

Jerry123,
I presently am looking into selling MC#, starts with 602, obtained in 2007 and had to put it inactive in 2009, due to economy. Did you get any response on yours?, where else can I advertise it, husband just had a bad accident and money is running out. I would appreciate your input. Thanks -
LMAO!!!! You have a new career in sales??? -
I feel for your situation..........but the MC# is not gonna be a windfall............

how can someone sell the numbers?
I wouldn't even consider buying something like that from someone else when they are pretty much tied to one entity and only one entity.
