You really think they haven't figured it out by now?Arkansas Frost Thanks this.

All depends on what load info you put on here. And how specific you are. There's a lot of drivers usually in the same area as you. Even if they did figure out who you are. As long as you're doing things right. You're doing your job. So that's what's important.Arkansas Frost Thanks this.

What a day. Put my steer tires in a ditch to avoid the hole my tandems was headed into. Had to get a tow truck to help me out of a bad spot. Why did everyone in the neighbor hood know where is was trying to go. Wm dc I only wish I knew before I mad that crazy turn. I was not thinking. I did not damage the truck or trailer. I did take a power line out. I don't know what CRS will do to me after this one. Only time will tell.

If this was your first oops! You should be ok... If it's your third or fourth, maybe not so much... Klingon (while backing) took off a fender of another truck, and we're still here... However Celtic Wolf was dismissed after his third 'preventable' within 16 months... Hope this helps.D1-2c Thanks this.

This is my 4 month solo. Also this is my oops!!!! I'm sure I we'll know something soon if I ever get out wm7015.
Thanks LADY K -
I just got the message that Lease Ops will have to sign an addendum to their contract. I wonder hat happens if you don't want to sign? I haven't decided about Swift yet. I like choose wh I do business with, not have them chosen for me. Usually, when a change in contract terms is made, this allows for a breaking of that contract by the other party without penalty (since its already broken). But, this may be more complicated than that.
Jarhed1964 Thanks this. -
Even though Im not a lease op, I was under the impression that they are not allowed to change anything unless they buy out your contract. Id be curious to see what this addendum says. Im sure theyll get the majority of the sorry drivers to just come on in and sign without a second thought. If it was me. Id be contacting a lawyer and getting his/her advice.Jarhed1964 and Arkansas Frost Thank this.

A little info on the new contract addendum: our pay stays the same, but is locked in (no further raises); ALL tolls are now reimbursed, ezpass or otherwise; and it seems scales are now reimbursed for loads over 35k, but the language in that section is strange. It says loads over 35000 that are scheduled to be "t" called. I have no idea what that means, but I think it has something to do with the umbrella corporation and zombies. Fuel tax will now be paid monthly, and it will be actual rather than the .011 estimate we were paying. Compensation for trainers also changes, but as I'm not a trainer it's all gibberish to me. Just thought I'd spread the word before wild rumors spread. I've seen the addendum in person, so I assure you it's correct.
Oh, one last thing: no more fuel routing for o/o's. I guess choosing fuel stops just became a pita.Arkansas Frost Thanks this. -
man ive def got good at backing. but the back in between 2 trucks. man wtf. i think its more me being nervous than anything else. or my set up is like way off. pissed me off today. how embarrassing to add to it. and this is 1 year later.
