Central Refrigerated Truck Stop II

I'm about to upgrade student 3. Only one didn't make it so far. Mentally exhausted right now and going to run solo for a week before heading home. Any other trainers do this?! I'm not sure how I'll handle sleeping all night after two months of not being able to!!

 

Make sure your loads aren't due for p/u ASAP. Then you can sleep in. Find somewhere not in a truck stop to park and enjoy that rest!! Idk how you trainers do it. I give props to you. A lot of trust is needed.

 

Ok I have been driving an auto for 2 days now and I don't like it at all.

 

I sent a message to the O/O department saying that I was still contmplating the Swift takeover and would like to know what would happen if I decided not to sign the addendum. The response was that I didn't have to sign and the changes will still take place and that they simply have to give 10 days notice. Now, it could just be that the response had to be short, but it came across as a little snarky to me. But, if I don't have to sign then why ask? And, if its not required thn why would I?

I can run any load that's legally possible, and tell my DM it'll be late if it's impossible! As long as I get 8 or 10 off, I'll have a full night's sleep!! Truck stop, tornado, or airplane full of babies!! I'm wired until that reefer sings me to sleep.

Mmm 10 day notice for what? And by asking that question, and them answering, was that the start of the '10 day notice'?

 

The guys I've talked to said anything that needs to be signed, Swift lays it down on the floor. That way, you're already bending over when you sign it.

 

How is Central now that Swift who always owned them has taken over?
