Dot is not enforcing it. It is a joint effort on some trucking companies and some doctors. No where in the dot rules does it say anything about it. As for when you fill in ppw always answer no to snoring and restlessness.

Ive never seen anybody give a hoot about how big a person is...
All you basically need is a pulse to get hired at most places -
That about sums it up doesn't it?

Im 5'11" weight about 295 I played football for 17 years of my life, when I stopped playing it was hard to lower my caloric intake due to being used to such a high calorie diet. It plumped me up. That being said I can perform any physical task the same if not better than most "fit people". I start CDL school in march and im nervous that these company physicals are going to fail me... I can duck walk, lift, step all of that with no issues. But then they check your heart rate.....

You'll be ok, no coffee, no smokes, the usual pre-physical little things to eat/drink, and not eat/drink would probably be in order.

Ok, I've been taking smaller portions, and cut out soda, and sugar almost completely the last few days, its not hard for me to eat good foods, just portion control is my main issue. However, with that being said, thank-you for your reply. God Bless
