DUI plead down to reckless. Criminal history shows dismissed DUI. Mvr shows dismissed DUI, but guilty plea to reckless. There's no mention of wet or dry road.

LOL not the condition of the road, its a type of reckless violation (different vehicle code for each) anyway From what i've seen on applications recently (i think i've filled out close to 20) is that they ALL seem to ask if you have been sited for reckless driving- once you answer yes- and they see that it was a "wet reckless"(Basically the functional equivalent of a DUI conviction.) they (insurance companies) know that you had a DUI and it got pleaded down..... So even if you say "no" to the DUI question: there's no way around it really...

    Good Luck to you

I come back and read this thread every once in a while. And yep the self-righteousness is still out of control lol

    1. I messed up and got a felony 15 years ago. Or I got a DUI in 2006. Will anyone hire me?

Can't just answer their question. Have to administer the proper amount of condensation and condemnation to the poor fella. You brought this on yourself. You are a danger to society and don't deserve to support yourself or family.
    Ect ect
These people have already faced an elected judge and took their punishment. I understand it might make you feel a little better about your life to be able to give out a lecture to someone who is actually admitting their mistakes on this forum, but are asking for advice. I have yet to see the post "I have a felony from 1996 please let me know what I should have done" yet.
