we dont find out any thing good if we take your advise why talk to drivers who have left would it not be better to talk to drivers who are there driving to find out all the good and bad of a company instead of all your hear say

 

i believe alot of truck drivers live their lives

I love it when employees and recruiters from CF come on here and bash a driver's experience from the company they did work for...
Its like they have actually been next to me all that time in my passanger seat and saw me go to a Casino....and actually knowing my personality on how bad of a driver I really am...but the problem is, no one rode with me...but obviously this guy did...LOL..
You know, this driver might be invisible and lives in all your trucks and you didn't even know about it...LOL
Watch out ladies, This invisible lives in your truck and watches you undress... LOL
But with all seriousness side...I didn't attack the drivers, I simply replied my bad experience with them...And if you want to attack me for my opinion about them and show yourself on how insultive want to be...Then my friend, youre obviously a recruiter...And youre basically trolling these sites by attacking the driver's bad experience...WOW!!!
I may not have been driving for a long time...maybe a couple of years but Ive been around this business my whole life..and yes, every veteran will tell you, when you owned and ran a company and you've built it from the ground up...and you hand it to the kids? They don't care about your hard work, they only care about the money...Even the Corporate collage guys don't even care about you...They want numbers now..all of them do...
But thanks for the insults Driver...it really shows everyone else how much of a swell guy you really are..

Because they tell you in Orientation how much money you can make in recruiting other drivers for them? maybe? perhaps? so whose going to believe the company drivers now that are currently working for them?..hmmm

This is just my opinion, and only my opinion...but I seriously think they want all of us drivers that have experience to be separated....Companies have favorites on who they do favors for...and they crap on the guy or girl who they don't like...cause he or she speaks their mind on calling a spade a spade..
So to all you drivers who want to make it big in trucking? if you happen to work for a company you found on craigslist? I suggest you just play dumb and keep your mouth shut and take the money they give you...cause those big guys like that, the small guy's however like your ideas and you can actually talk to them straight out with honesty...

 

There are some company's that take some monies from driver for escrow regardless of whether you are a company or lease driver.

Hey Dale... That is the way it happened. And I have worked for WAY worse than CF. By the way, I do not give two chicken poops about your opinion.

 

Here's the facts, The Company is too cheap to actually buy toll passes and run you a lot in the northeast..and they'll leave you there and keep forcing the load on you till your head starts bleeding disgust...but before we get into that, just Call one of their recruiters...They sound like Used car salesmen and will put in the punchline of "this is the last trucking company you'll ever wanna go to"..and then rush you off the phone...Not to mention they will tell you will be making 32 cents a mile and when you get down to groveland the orientation will tell you to your face...That they were lying, its only 29 cents a mile...but try telling them you wanna go back home simply because of that lie...They'll send you back to the bus station...but that doesn't mean they'll get you a bus ticket back home...and while youre there...they give you this run down crappy tool shed as a hotel room on their terminal and not give you an option to stay in a nicer hotel simply because they wanna save money...you'll get a POS MACK truck that goes into REGEN Daily...and getting it fixed will be possible eventually in a week or two but hey...where do you have to go...The only thing I liked about CF was the Drivers and its atmosphere because well I love florida weather... I mean they have some cranes in their terminal that literally fly up to you and eat of your hand...I just think the company would be in a better hands with Carroll himself taking reigns back and fixing the place the way it used to be...and many of the older guys would agree with me on that part..

 

Well, SS2, he's probably not a recruiter, but one of the family's spoiled pets. I stayed out two months at a time, and went everywhere they sent me. He's the type that goes home once a week and chooses where he's going. OR he's family, and doesn't like that I told the truth here. The one time in hundreds that I don't want anything to do with a load and I'm blacklisted. So... WAH! WAH! WAH! It's a free country Dale. We can write what we want on here.
