I am curious what is the starting pay with the different companies, and what is it after 5 years?
I saw on one thread here somewhere that warner starts at .28 CPM, that is the same as the last company I was with better than 12 years ago

It varies. You can get from .27 a mile up to .44 a mile with 5 years experience.
Pay has been stagnate within the industry for over 5 years now. Even the ones SCREAMING "we got a pay raise the last 3 years in a row" are quickly finding out, they actually got jack in the end.
A good example of that, I got 3 pay raises in one year (according to the company). My annual take home went DOWN 10k that year...go figure. BTW, it wasn't my current company. -
.28-.29 is all your going to see as a student and thats the better ones..
I have seen people getting .25-.26 highway robbery...
Thats trucking for you... labor exempt so you wont see increases like you would with other jobs... -
KLLM starts students fresh out of school at $0.34.
