Will I have a problem getting Hired?

Tyson has called kb up because a driver or 2 got busted smoking a joint on their lot..People think because some states now have it legalized that's its not that bad.But it trucking its very serious and always will be.What happens if a trooper pulls you over and smells it,can he haul you to jail if say you was smoking it in a legalized state or how does that work?

Just to provide facts (you are right, by the way) it is in the handbook/DMV Manual: "Anyone convicted of driving a commercial motor vehicle with any amount of drug, substance or compound resulting from unlawful use or consumption of cannabis listed in the Cannabis Control Act or controlled substance listed in the Controlled Substance Act is disqualified for a minimum 12 months." This quote was takes straight from the manual!
