quacker acct indianapolis.

Anybody here run this acct? I'm starting orientation next monday. Sounds like a decent gig, home daily, decent money. Just wondering how often there are live loads, waiting for empties, etc. Thanks in advance.

Well I spoke with my new manager yesterday, and he gave me the info. It seems they person that called me about the job had the details all wrong. When he started asking me "so what did they tell you?" I thought oh crap, here comes the bait and switch. Boy was I wrong. I found put ill running days, have an assigned truck and make more then I was told. I found it funny that he kept saying "now the days off aren't the best." I said that doesn't matter because everything else makes up for it. Home daily, way better $$ then I was making staying out all week running walmart for sni, so I was cool with that. He also seemed to be a very good guy and considering he only deals with 6 drivers his stress level isn't as high as compared to what I was dealing with.
I must say I was a bit worried about my decision to accept the gig but now that I have spoken with him I'm glad I did.
The perks out weight anything else. I will actually get to see and spend time with my kids and make beyond a living wage.

 

I'm 100% positive I'm getting what they called me about. If not ill bounce. I have other offers on the table if what u said happens to be the case. But this job offer was super close to my house so I took it.. well see

 

Yep I'm good started orientation today and was exactly what the told me it would be.
