Do the APU's in JCT trucks have a built in inverter?
If they do, does the 120 work while the engine is on?
If they don't, is it okay to get your own?
If so, up to what maximum wattage?
Can we get our own refrigerator installed on the truck?
Are the trucks comfortable for extended trips (very little home time)?
What are your complaints with the company?
If you don't know the answers to some of these questions, please feel free to answer what you can.
Thanks!

Do the APU's in JCT trucks have a built in inverter? - Can't speak for all trucks, but mine does. I have a new '14 Cascadia.
If they do, does the 120 work while the engine is on? - In my truck, APU must be on for 120.
If they don't, is it okay to get your own? - Don't know answer to this.
If so, up to what maximum wattage? - See above.
Can we get our own refrigerator installed on the truck? - Yes
Are the trucks comfortable for extended trips (very little home time)? - My truck is very comfortable.
What are your complaints with the company? - Although I'm still fairly new, I have no complaints at all. Which is sort of off-putting in a way...lol. -
I'm thinking about getting back on the road and JCT is company I am looking so I'm checking out the boards and seeing what people have to say. I saw this post about the truck and know JCT runs Cascadias. I ran with another company that had different kinds of trucks. I initially started with a Pete 387, needless to say for driver comfort it was ok. It had over 300k miles on it when I got it and it seemed like every month I was at Peterbuilt getting the EGR valve fixed. I was then given a Cascadia. I LOVED it! The company I drove for didn't have APUs but i did have my inverter. This truck was VERY driver friendly. My only complaint was it didn't have a door to underbunk storage on the passenger side. (I kept my grill there, and it was a pain to get it out so I didn't use it as much) and the company I drove for DIDN'T get the fridges so I took the shelf out of the closet and threw it in there for added storage.
Anyway, you'll love the Cascadia. The 2nd one I had, I had more complaints about, but that was because my old company loved Cummins, my first one had the DD15 in it and it ran awesome. The Cummins was a piece of junk.
