Have an app in and waiting for a response. I pulled for IRT so I know about the wait times etc. Just want to hear the good and bad.
    Thanks for your time.
Be safe and keep the black side down.

Oakley out of No. Little Rock is the best company I have worked with in the last 20 yrs....good dispatchers, good money and they try and help you make money. Been with some of the best companies, yet none of them have the hands on management that is essential to meet the standards that Oakley incorporates. May want to check them out and never worry about leaving to greener pastures..l!!

He means Tommy not Bruce. Just kinda surprised you are trying to move over the Oakley from IRT. You must have had it bad there. There's Bynum too but there was this rumor that IRT has significant $$ in Bynum. IMHO they're all the same pretty much. I know that Tommy and Johnny hate each other. Citrus hauling is a closed shop. I never liked Oakley because they used Mack's by and large. I was with River for 8 yrs. it was OK, but decided to move on and haul gas.
    good luck.

Watch out, low miles, low pay, poor fmcsa score and the driver will pay. First off they take $300. Out of your pay $ 25 per week for truck equipment. 2nd is $138 for twick card this is a must have. $38 for your medical examination( needed or not) you have 90 days to get a passport $255.. I've been with the company 6, week and have been d.o.t 3,times...i avg less then 2000 mile a week. Lot of time loading getting the tank clean and reloading ...my loads avg from 150 mile to 800 mile. 70% of my loads go to the north east...the only place you can fuel is at love's. So plan on paying for shower $9 to 12 bucks a pop. Layover is paid at $50 after 48 hrs.. Pay for pumping off/on is $25 it takes 2/4 hrs to pump off a load...they issue a oakley i.d card if you loose it they charge $100...(looks like it took 2bucks to make) i really should have check out this company before hand (my bad) this week they sent a message (now hiring trainees) so if you ARE homeless and need a warm truck to sleep in come to oakley

um, the recrutiers told us that. they even told us that in an e-mail that they send with an information packet. Fortunately I already had my passport!

I'm not thrilled with $25 to pump.

fueling at loves is annoying. but you can get showers for free

the $30/$100 for an ID card is a threat. its a discipline thing. nobody cares how much it costs. its a threat "don't lose the #### thing or we'll punish you"

I tried to check out this company before I got started but I couldn't find anything about it.
