    Might be surprised. They are interested more in quality than quantity at the moment. They are currently in a forgiving mindset. Can't hurt to just have a personal conversation can it?

    Paschall Truck Lines will probably hire you; it's dry van and trucks have APU's.

    Western Express also has refresher. Both Paschall and Western refresher is free if you stay 12 months.

    The good money would be with Schneider Bulk.

    Tried Schneider Bulk... Stated needed a refresher course or 6 months with another company.
    PTL wanted at least 6 months in the last 5 years.
