    Hi, been stressed out lately. Going to just post when interesting things happen now.

    Personal update:
    Wife got injured on the job. Things were fine until they stopped paying workers compensation. I find this out the first week of January. Savings are all dumped out for the house so I'm back in the same financial situation I was in back in July.

    In December I had been on the road over three months and didn't want to write.

    Regular Update:

    Still driving. Just in the hole from the time off. Left my inverter on over the break. $400 for jump. Fan belt on APU broke. Only $40 at SpringMo to fix. Heater stopped but I just had to prime it. I wish I knew that last night when it stopped.

    Honestly from reading all this you make almost what a company guy does but with a lot more headache and a lot less home time. I make $1200 a week as a company driver and I'm home every weekend and holiday. There is no way id drive 50 mph and create a rolling roadblock just to get 8 mpg and be out for 3 months at a time. Prime doesn't sound like they are doing you any favors. Just my opinion.

    I'm at that point myself. I'm on my last load now. Going to turn the truck in after I deliver. I gave it my best shot but I need some consistent earnings and home time. After I get my family out of debt I'm going to train for a new vocation.
