Also, ask about the benefits. When you ask about the insurance cost per month make sure to ask about the deductable. I found a company that I thought would be a good fit, but found out they only had one Health plan... It carried a $4,000 deductable.... Heck no !!! ... marked off the list....NEXT !!!
