I've been losing power in my Volvo, no codes, at all! I've also noticed that I'm only getting 4.8 to 5.2 mpg loaded! New EGR valves, ran rack also

I would check your fuel pump, boost sensor, fuel temp sensor. Do you have a boost gauge?

I was just checking the engine since I haven't had it washed & I was checking all the rubber boots & the inlet for prom the inter cooler to the turbo (right before the actual turbo) I can feel air coming out! Gonna replace that ASAP!

Having the same issue with my 07 d12d too..just had it in the shop for a complete cooling package, overhead, fuel pressure sending unit. When im under a load pulling a hill in high gear the tach will fluctuate of 50-100rpm when its down around 1200rpm and vibrates.. shop cant figure it out they checked the fuel pressure and said it was all in spec.. I had a algea issue last summer and thought I took care of it but the last time I changed the screw on filter and dumped it out it was black. Im going to try dosing my tanks again with algeacide
