so you are declaring that you were training,w/a trainer,as you were ticketed? i'd say it is on the trainer.has he,your "trainer" been driving a year and now a trainer? there seems to be an abundance of 1 year drivers becoming trainers. it is perplexing to me as i am quite curious as to what that trainer is passing on knowledge wise.

if that trainer has only been driving a year,it could very well be his first overweight ticket too and he is not sure of the procedure pertaining to payment of procured payload overages produced by a prodigy such as himself. being prodigious enough to train after only a year of driving, probably inclusive of driving school, the trainer may have to put it in P and actually call his exclusive DM and inquire.there are some things that will require other than a qualcom inquiry.this could be one of those things.

be patient grasshopper.your trainer could be elsewhere on this very forum telling 2 and 3 decade drivers how to drive and has not the time to address your concerns.

okay.not sure how i got off topic but IMHO,whomever actually signed off on the load will pay unless your employer steps up due to the circumstance at hand which is you are ignorant (as in not knowing)and incompetence on the trainers behalf.

the positive thing is you just gained actual experience and now know how to handle being pulled around back and then taking your paperwork into a scale house. congratulations.you are now more veteran than your trainer it seems-
