No I don't need anything from you. As far as how I found out, that was through contact with the kids. Thanks for your "no brainer" advice

He doesn't know that's another element to the problem should we let him know so it doesn't catch him off guard?

Okay. See, this is what I mean. YOU are saying that there is a problem. Is there a problem? Not on his end...after all, how can there be a problem since he doesn't know? Why put him on guard? You're preparing to tango, and your 'putting him on guard' is your way of telling him that there's probably going to tango lessons. DONT DO ANYTHING in connection with him.

"But what if I see him somewheres on the yard?"

You let him know that your dancing days are over.

and if there IS any issues, it won't be on your end at all. Win win.

well first of all I dont see what the problem is, you are both adults you should be able to act like adults when you are at work. Who knows maybe you two could help each other through since after all you are both going to school.

Here's a tactic I've used and it works. The Mennonites perfected it to a science. It's called shunning. Make him a non-person that doesn't exist. Even if you're in the same room, he doesn't exist and you don't see or hear him. It works on their mind and they will shortly avoid you like you have some fatal contagious disease.
