UPS Freight "full time road driver"... any advice?

That's the predicament I am in right now. I might get a job offer to run linehaul with a different company, but I'm afraid that one might end up where I'm out on the road 5 days a week. However, it seems like if I get offered on at UPS, I would be at home every night, but not get as much driving from the start. So I didn't know if UPS was "worth the wait" drivingwise or not.
