Got a 14MPH over ticket..

    Okay yea i know i should not have been going that fast it was a back road i travel it on all the time. And yea.. i know the state police normal sit here and it slipped my mind. Got a 14MPH over ticket i did not get an inspection. Will this hurt my CSA score?

    Umm yes, this will crush your score. HIRE A LAWYER! Its the only way to soften the blow so you wont take nearly as big of a hit.

    Yeah, you'd better fight that one. If it hits the record books, your company is going to can you. Were you in your personal vehicle? I get the feeling that you got out of the truck and left trucker mode, got into a car and went full 4wheeler. There will come a time, if you drive long enough, that you will stay in trucker mode.

    Those million milers drive the same way regardless of the vehicle.

    No my company wont can me. i got 6points on my company record after 13 i get removed from driving job.. And no i was in Truck when i got that ticket.. 69 in 55...

    You #### straight it will. Slow down! Even though you m I ght be able to beat it it still goes against your csa.

    Well just to support what ROADMEDIC said, I got a citation for being off route with an oversize load (NO INSPECTION) in Arkansas. This was about 2 months ago and I have yet to see any CSA points for the citation. KNOCK ON WOOD
