While I'm not sure about current positions, I know that some drivers do go through bulk training at the Charlotte OC. Not sure about obtaining the TWIC card. I see you posted something similar in ethos's "what to expect" thread about bulk, give him a chance to respond, I'm sure he can answer these questions for you!
