    You can't file on a bond for 3PL, not covered. But some don't seem to understand that. You have to take action against the 3PL first,(the one you have a contract with) after loosing that you can go to the customer. But you still can't collect any costs on a cargo dispute.

    Those that use 3PL's should be aware of these problems. Shouldn't stop you from using them. You have the same problem with direct shippers, just is better to eliminate one(or more)persons in the chain when there is a problem.

    After 90 days someone agreed that their policy was off a little bit and we received the check for the load invoiced in november.
