There is an accident report dont think he was cited he was making a left turn an hit my left side
-
that and normally accidents in turns are going right not left, if im at a tight intersection going either direction I wave the cars passed then make my turn but the op didnt give too many details.

First get you 3 good repair estimates if you can so you know what you are dealing with. Call the company and say this is what it is going to cost plus I have to rent a car while it's being repaired. Many body shops are backed up and it takes awhile for a repair depending on where you go. A good company will settle with you to get your car fixed. Bigger companies are usually self insured. Some of these plastic bumpers can cost a couple grand is why getting estimates are important.
If they play any games or jack you around then get an attorney. Sometimes an attorney can just send them a letter of intent, pay up or get sued type deal which usually works. That only costs about $50.
He might see $$$ and want to pursue it further.
An accident report is all you need for evidence. The citing part is irrelevant to getting your car fixed.Lowa3468, albert l, rookietrucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
