Who did you pay off to get a load to Texas? Lol....I have yet to get a load over that way.....I know, I know...I am on the NE so why get a load over there ...but I would welcome that....just to go somewhere else for a change... would love an AZ or NM load.....

Yep pull sunco trailers but with your own authority... I've seen a few guys doing it... If the pay is right I may do it... I'd like to get into some other things

 

I see there finally putting out the new watkins trailers its about time. I ran into a driver over here in Montgomery with one, he's the first I've seen pulling one, an I seen a couple sitting at the trops in bradenton.

 

I finally met JP at griffin this weekend. He's got a nice great dane (07 stainless). His cut is high- higher than I guessed...and a tad north of the number I figured I'd need to buy and run one here. my number was 82%.

I immediately got "attitude" from the scale house at the pier in Baltimore and I gave it back......I then called the supervisor to report it......I then get a "rent-a-cop" at my delivery literally yelling at me because I pulled up about 10 feet too much.......He's waving his arms telling me to back up.........I looked him in the face and said "NO".......he didn't know there was a truck behind me.....He didn't know what to do....
Look folks.....I am the easiest guy around but get in my face and you get it back.....been out here too long and seen it all.....treat me with respect and I will return it.....I refuse to accept ignorance !!!

 

I used to get really upset about crap like this... Unfortunately it happens to us way too often... Now I kill them with kindness and accept the fact they are minimum wage workers for a reason...

 

Sometimes "killing them with kindness" is so hard to do.....but it does work....
I just feel that the 'truck driver image" has very much eroded over the years...
One thing for sure is I will not keep it inside...it will only eat me up.......

 

Had to sit on a -10° load for 2 days... At least I was at home and it's not in the 90's yet...
