Not with Prime but have been reading this since page 1, I understand how you feel, Time away is a good thing. Just keep your cdl and a clean dmv. In a few months’ years, you might what to give it another go at the old OTR, Least that is how it is for me. Good luck to you whatever you do. Thanks for taking the time to write down your thoughts and shareing them with us.

Your thread was very interesting and inspiring, thank you for posting your journals here for us all who are thinking about trucking as a second career move and/or becoming a L/O operator, you seem to be a very intelligent guy and the breaking point seems to have come when your wife got hurt (I am truly sorry that happen) and the lack of revenue.

It does seem that smarts aand a good game plan doesn't always offer the best business solition or plan and that is discouraging for for us up and comers, it seems that luck also plays a hugh factor when making the jump to L/O which is all ways the roll of the dice. Good Luck GunMetal wherever life takes you.

Gunmetal are you going to be a company driver or are you going into a different field? I enjoyed reading your adventures. I do wish that you would have succeeded.
