Pretty cool. I'm sitting here at the Laurinburg yard. I'm hooked to my new trailer and load. I'll leave out tomorrow morning around 0500. That's a lot better than waiting till 0900 to call in, then waiting till 1100-1400 to be told to deadhead to Laurinburg. When that happens, all it does is totally waste a day of driving. When I got here, I checked in with the shop and red tagged the trailer due to the tarp being destroyed. Its also overdue for a pm service. Anyhow, y'all be safe and keep it in the "right" lane.

maybe the dispatcher change may have been what was needed for u. who knows. this one could be 1 of those guys that when a new guy comes on he pampers & spoils u then after a month or so he starts giving u the same crap as the dispatcher prior. like I said who knows, but u can always keep ur fingers crossed & see what happens along with asking others about the new dispatcher. just my thoughts

Can you explain or elaborate on a weekly earnings/hrs rate? Is your week usually Sunday to Saturday using all of your hours? I talked to a recruiter and they told me home time would be every two weeks since I live near Richmond Va. I usually do not hear much negative talk about maverick they seem to be one of the better companies. Any information would be appreciated.
    Thanks

You need to get that info from some of these other guys...I'm in CNH division (heavy haul)...my job is completely and totally different from the rest of these guys.

I could answer your question...but what I said wouldn't be worth 2 cents unless you were in this division.

Hey guy. Call recruiting for exact $$ amounts. I think you'll start at $.43 CPM. After 3 months it goes to .$46? And at 6 months it jumps to .$48cpm. Throw in the paid for performance bonus .$0-.$6cpm. The bonus is completely up to YOU. Do the math times whatever miles you get. Detention and breakdown pay are going up also.
Our week is Sunday to Saturday. Other than my 2 gripes, I don't have any thing negative to say about Maverick. You can go home every two weeks if you want to, but if you do your miles will stink!
