So what's the scoop, roadhammer? Did you hire on? I was going to bump an old thread for some new information, but did a search and found this one.

PMT sucks. Stay away from them. They often run their drivers really hard until they get burnt out and can't take anymore. I worked them a little over a year, and I was trying to find a new job about 6 months in. They lie to you to get you in the door. The only plus is that they do have nice equipment. Paul Miller Jr is in charge now, and he just cares about the bottom line. From what I was told by other employees is that you'll have a hard time getting a raise, and other drivers have left because of that. Paul Jr just wants to take his family on vacation. He doesn't know Jack about trucking.

I have been with Paul Miller Trucking for over a year and haven't had any issues. The equipment is top notch and the staff treats me well. Paul Jr is a very busy man and is big on drivers following the chain of command but will talk to you if you aren't getting taken care of. As far as I can see so far this is a pretty well run company.
